I’m Natelie Henriques, an Integrative Counsellor and Somatic Trauma Therapist. I offer therapy to support you with:

 

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Addiction and recovery

  • Perinatal mental health (pregnancy, birth, postpartum)

  • Fertility Journey

Whatever you’re going through, therapy can help you understand yourself, shift old patterns, and gently reconnect to your inner strength. My approach is warm, trauma-informed and collaborative and I work with both mind and body, using Integrative Counselling skills as well as Somatic Trauma Therapy to support you beyond words alone.

You may feel overwhelmed, guilty, anxious, isolated, or sad. You might also feel overburdened, traumatised, or have reoccurring scary thoughts. It's okay to seek help if you are not enjoying motherhood and parenthood or your life as you had hoped.

It is essential to know that you don't have to be alone in this.

Except we use Nature as a Therapy space. I am here to walk alongside you, offering compassionate support and guidance as you embrace the transformative journey of pre-conception, pregnancy and parenthood.

How I Work With You

To ensure that we are the right fit for each other, I offer a one-off discovery session where we can get to know each other and discuss your expectations and concerns. If we decide to move forward, I typically recommend a minimum of six sessions to start your journey. At the six-session mark, we will collaboratively review our progress and determine whether to continue with more sessions or conclude our work together.


Face to Face and Online Counselling

I offer face-to-face counselling support in my cosy, comfortable, relaxing consultation space in Bexleyheath. I also offer online sessions. I understand the importance of flexibility to cater to your specific needs, so I offer both daytime and evening sessions. I have open spaces at present.

Three Steps to Booking:

Get in touch with me directly via phone or email to share what's on your mind. Whether you're unsure about the details or feeling troubled, I am here to offer support. Let me know if you prefer in-person or virtual Zoom sessions. Contact Me by reaching out to get more information.

Schedule Your Discovery Session

Once we have connected you are welcome to schedule your Discovery Session. Have a think about what convenient time and date may work for your session. If you opt for face-to-face meetings, I'll share my location with you. For online sessions, I'll guide you on how to connect. You'll also receive a payment invoice to secure your session.

 How we work together

 I'll send you a Working Agreement outlining our collaboration. This document will cover the session details, payment instructions after your discovery session, counselling approach, complaint procedures, and cancellation policy. Please sign this agreement before our meeting. During the session, we can discuss transitioning into regular sessions and schedule future appointments. I am very excited to take the next important step with you!
