Approach

Qualified Integrative Counsellor

At the core of my approach is Creative Integrative Therapy. This unique approach considers your needs and experiences, providing personalised and comprehensive healing and growth. Combining various therapeutic techniques, Creative Integrative Therapy promotes self-awareness and emphasises the mind-body connection. It acknowledges that our mental, emotional and physical well-being are interconnected, and by addressing all aspects of our being, we can achieve profound transformation and lasting positive change.

During our counselling sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore and understand the underlying issues that may be causing distress or hindering your personal growth. Together, we will create a safe and supportive environment where you can freely express yourself and delve into your inner world. Through this process, we will uncover new perspectives, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate self-compassion.

I am committed to providing a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to navigate through challenges, discover your strengths, and unlock your potential for personal growth and fulfilment.  Your journey is unique, and I will tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs and goals.

Face-to-face counselling

I offer face-to-face counselling support in my cosy, comfortable, relaxing consultation space in Bexleyheath. I also offer online sessions. I understand the importance of flexibility to cater to your specific needs, so I offer both daytime and evening sessions. I have open spaces at present.

I am here to support you on your path of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we can create meaningful change to help you face the challenges you may face in pre-conception, pregnancy, and early postnatal phase into parenthood.
